In 1982 he formed a Limited liability company called Kenya Roofing Contractor's Ltd when Mr. S.K. Varia joined the company. Carrying on with the same line of business. Purchasing their products from outside Companies, both local and overseas. In 1988, the Directors formed Kenbro Inductries Ltd. and decided to go into manufacturing their own roofing and flooring products, namely, PVC floor tiles and Mastic Asphalt, their two major used products.

Subsequently other products were added to the list of their manufactured items: Adhesives for the Building Industry, Concrete Paving Blocks, Cement Interlocking tiles, Wooden Parquets, Bitumen Primers and Paints. Over the years vast experience was gained in the waterproofing field, today the company can safely say that there are no structures it can't waterproof.

With the advent of modern technologies, our products have far better qualities with most of them carrying a 10 years Guarantee. As new and better products get introduced in the field of waterproofing and flooring the company keeps abreast with them.
